The book provides a level-headed, general reflection, on a "human-scale" in my opinion (and to use the words of the author) on the Internet, which should be considered precisely that which it is increasingly becoming - an aspect of our daily lives.
Useful for: understanding how the Internet works, without creating a monster or a myth of it.
